Teva was born on the banks of the Grand Canyon in 1984 from an idea of ​​a very young kayak guide.

It all started to prevent sandals from slipping downstream: a kayak guide then decided to detach the straps from a watch and apply them to a pair of old flip-flops. And there you have it: Teva was born.
